A beautiful piece, Hal, thank you. Rich in flavorful metaphors, and showing your sensitivity to things tasteful in nourishing sounds. Your mention of most music being like fast food reminded me of a mantra my late friend Grover Sales often spouted, in his disgust over so much popular music: “If we ate a constant diet as lacking in nourishment we’d all soon be dead!” Can’t wait to try your recipe.
Thanks, Hal. Always a fan of your music and recipes, and writing. Looking forward to trying this one out. And the new 3hattrio album has been a great accompaniment to everyday things here too. Cheers!
Love the music and the recipe, thank you. Sorry about the steel guitar, hopefully the new owner will love it as much as you did. My mother played an Oahu Hawaiian steel guitar with the Utah Conservatory of Music when she was a young woman. A highlight was playing with Roy Rogers and Gene Autry at the Great Salt Lake. ❤️
Thanks Hal. Sounds good. We just finished lunch. And I'm going to save that recipe dressing. RIch & Mollie
Thank you Hal! Looking forward to trying the recipe. Best
Music and food make a nice marriage.
You know the way to a girl's heart. Lovely music and a delicious salad.

I've saved the recipe...and I've saved in my memory how thoughtful you are about food and music and how they relate to each other.
thank you Kathy. Hope all is well.
